Please note you are required to complete the check-in process from both ports a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the sailing departure. During busy periods please allow up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

• Dover check-in
  Customers will pass through Immigration and Port security before reaching the DFDS Seaways check-in.
  
• Dunkirk check in
  Customers will pass through Port security before reaching the DFDS Seaways check-in, once check-in is completed customers will then continue through Immigration.
  
• Calais check-in
  Customers will pass through Port security before reaching the DFDS Seaways check-in. Once check-in is completed customers will then continue through Immigration.

NOTE : When traveling with pets from Dunkirk and Calais you are required to check-in 60 minutes prior to departure to allow time for the pet procedures to be carried out.
